Sales Manager Germany
As Sales Manager Germany & Austria, you will play a key role in driving regional growth by expanding existing customer relationships and developing new strategic accounts.
This is a hands-on sales role focused on complex, high-value, project-based opportunities in the field of IT and Data Centre Infrastructure. You will own the full sales cycle - from opportunity identification to contract closure - while working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver customer-specific solutions.
This role requires a high level of autonomy, creativity, and the ability to think beyond standard approaches. We are looking for a proactive self-starter with a strong “get it done” mindset.
This is a remote position, offering flexibility while covering the German market, and with regular interaction with our Swiss HQ.
Responsibilities
- Develop new customers and strategic accounts in Germany
- Manage project-based sales cycles end-to-end
- Lead commercial initiatives and close deals
- Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and commercial teams
- Maintain a strong, accurate sales pipeline and forecasts
Must Have
- Proven experience in B2B sales of premium, high-value solutions
- Strong background in project-based sales
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with CRM software
- Native German, fluent in English
- Willing to travel regionally (30–50%)
Nice to have
- Experience in Data Centre, IT infrastructure, networking, or related markets
- Any additional European language
